Teaching the Ethical Foundations of Economics
Fall 2008 TBA
10 lessons that reintroduce an ethical dimension to economics in the tradition of Adam Smith, who believed ethical considerations were central to life. Utilizing these innovative instructional materials your students will learn about the important role ethics and character play in a market economy and how, in turn, markets influence ethical behavior.

Exploring Capitalism
Taught by Michelle Vachris and Gemma Kotula, participants explored Capitalism and alternative economic systems as well as the importance of property rights and economic freedom. Designed for teachers in grades 6-12. All teachers received appropriate videos, informative CD's and tested curriculum complete with lesson plans.
